I'm Raghu Kiran m.

I didn't learn revenue from a book. I carried the number first, opened enterprise markets, then built the systems that made the growth predictable.

Every founder starts with ambition, the vision to grow faster, build stronger teams and create something that scales. What ambition runs into is complexity: inconsistent sales, unclear priorities, execution gaps and too much riding on the founder. I have spent my career on both sides of that problem.

I spent 19 years inside the commercial engine of B2B businesses, 14 of them at Gartner across the UK, Europe and emerging markets. I carried enterprise quotas, opened new markets, and won the firm's EAGLE award twice, its top global sales honour, which placed me in the top 2 percent worldwide. Later I moved to the other side of growth, helping leadership teams sharpen forecasting, pricing, retention and the operating rhythm that makes growth repeatable. Back in India I rebuilt the GTM engine for a ₹450 crore manufacturing group that went on to deliver double-digit growth inside a year.
